CREA offers two main products for property-protection depending on the typology:

Easy donation
The Easy Donation product is available on the CREA Suite thanks to the collaboration with Stewart Title Europe Ltd (Stewart), an insurance company part of a group listed at the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange - STC) founded in Houston in 1893.
Stewart is a leader in the field of property protection and operates in Milan with a branch dedicated to the insurance of legal risks specific to real estate.
Easy Donation insurance is an ad hoc insurance product that protects the pro-tempore owner of the property against the risk inherent in the obligation to return the property to the legitimizer and that protects his mortgage creditor (bank eg.) against the risk of the mortgage being ineffective.
The policy may be taken out by the donor or donor, the donor’s third-party buyer or by subsequent buyers and the third-party mortgage creditor and subsequent buyers.

The insurance Banca Donatario is an insurance product that protects the bank that finances the donor who intends to renovate the property received as a donation or build on donated land or apply for a liquidity loan.
The policy can be taken out by the donor of the property and protects the donor’s financing bank.
